Q: What is your main product?
A: Our products are made up of two main parts, one is modern home decor and another is antique home decor. To begin with, we mainly focus on the antique products like resin figurines, wooden cabinets & wall plaques. A few years later, we start to develop modern home decorations like flower pots, planters and furnitures. So, our customers are also made up of the two parts. Some of our old customers who have been cooperating with us buy both of them.
Q: How do you deal with complaint from customers?
A: We will find out the situation first, and apologize for the problems caused by us, then negotiate with the customer how to deal with. To us, the most important thing is credit and responsibility.
